As part of our roadmap, we conducted structured interviews with over 300 stakeholders—including cultivators, researchers, pharmacists, and policymakers—to understand their requirements, workflows, and expectations for a unified cannabis data platform. The findings helped us define core priorities for the platform architecture and validate the need for AI-powered evidence infrastructure.

In 2024, we launched zancan.de as the first operational layer of our ecosystem—offering structured data downloads, transparent pricing intelligence, and a foundational interface for early adopters.
The platform quickly became a reference point for cultivators and pharmacies seeking objective market data and standardized product information. By aggregating thousands of data entries and implementing automated validation pipelines, we demonstrated the feasibility of evidence-grade cannabis intelligence at scale.

On January 1st, 2025, we activated our full-scale tracking infrastructure, marking a major milestone in CannabisDataHub’s development.
From this point, the system began continuously ingesting and anonymizing over 80,000 data entries per day, covering product availability, pricing fluctuations, prescription volumes, and regional supply metrics.
This infrastructure established a reliable foundation for real-time analytics, compliance monitoring, and evidence-based reporting—bringing us closer to the vision of a transparent and accountable cannabis market.

In Q2 2025, we launched the pilot testing phase of our GPT-powered analytics layer.
This milestone introduced adaptive language models into CannabisDataHub’s workflows, enabling automated text generation for summaries, reports, and evidence annotations.
During the pilot, we validated the system’s ability to contextualize large-scale cannabis datasets, generate draft insights, and support multilingual output—all while maintaining compliance and traceability standards.
The results of this pilot laid the groundwork for the upcoming full-scale deployment of AI-assisted research capabilities.

On July 7th, 2025, we completed the first full production run of CannabisDataHub powered entirely by Chat-GPT—a moment that redefined what evidence-driven cannabis intelligence can achieve.
For the first time, every stage of ingestion, validation, contextual analysis, and multilingual reporting was orchestrated in real time by adaptive AI pipelines. The system transformed hundreds of thousands of raw data points into structured, human-readable insights—faster and more precisely than any manual process could ever hope to replicate.
This milestone is more than a technical achievement. It is proof that when advanced language models meet rigorous scientific methodology, data itself becomes a living resource—transparent, intelligent, and ready to elevate every stakeholder in the medical cannabis ecosystem.

In August 2025, we are completing all preparations to migrate CannabisDataHub onto its own private AI instance—a dedicated infrastructure fully under our operational control.
This step marks the transition from a shared environment to an autonomous, isolated architecture optimized for high-throughput data ingestion, secure evidence processing, and multilingual AI-driven analytics.
The migration plan includes provisioning independent GPU resources, configuring container clusters for scalable workloads, and deploying proprietary language models within a closed-loop system.
Once implemented, this new infrastructure will empower CannabisDataHub to deliver real-time evidence intelligence with maximum reliability, security, and compliance readiness.

In December 2025, we plan to officially launch CannabisDataHub as a fully operational, sovereign AI platform—completing the transition from development to live deployment.
This milestone represents the culmination of years of iterative engineering, stakeholder collaboration, and technology validation. With all modules running on our private AI instance, the platform will deliver real-time ingestion, validation, and multilingual evidence intelligence at scale.
The launch will empower cultivators, researchers, and regulators with a unified system to access transparent data pipelines, AI-powered analytics, and reproducible evidence—establishing a new benchmark for cannabis research and compliance worldwide.
