📜 Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Reports

1. Subject of the Agreement

By ordering and purchasing the report (hereinafter referred to as "the Report"), the customer (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") acquires a single license to access and use the Report for internal strategic purposes.

2. Payment and Delivery

Payment of the total purchase price is due in advance.
The Report will be delivered exclusively by email to the Client, along with an invoice, after receipt of payment in full.

3. Confidentiality and Restricted Use

The Report contains proprietary market intelligence and strategic analyses developed by CannabisDataHub.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that:

• The Report is provided strictly for the internal strategic use of the purchasing company or individual.
• The Report may not be shared, distributed, published, resold, sublicensed, or otherwise disclosed to any third parties outside the Client’s organization without prior written consent from CannabisDataHub.
• The Client may share the Report internally within their own organization, provided all recipients are bound by the same confidentiality obligations.

4. Non-Commercial Use

The Client agrees that the Report:

• May not be used for commercial exploitation, resale, or any external advisory services.
• Is intended solely to inform the Client’s own internal decision-making and strategic planning.

5. Fair Market Value and Exclusivity

The Report is provided at a preferential market rate, in order to support data-driven industry development.
The Client acknowledges that the future availability and continuation of this service depend on treating the Report as confidential and exclusive. Unauthorized distribution undermines this model and will result in legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Report has been prepared with due care and based on data available at the time of publication. CannabisDataHub assumes no liability for decisions made based on its content. The Client is solely responsible for verifying and applying the information.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this agreement is Munich - Bavaria.
